Acess Denied to SBS 2K Server

Lately, i have users encountering problem accessing the sbs 2000 server intermitently. The error given was "Access Denied", and this happens when they try to access their mapped drive. The users will then log off and try to login back to the network again. And then again, there is an error indicating that you do not have sufficent permission to login.
Then the user have restart the pc to overcome this problem.

HardWare Spec: Proliant ML370
Software: SBS 2000 Server with SP 3
