Acronis Restore hangs at acpitabl,dat?

Hi I've done an acronis universal restore from a Dl380 G5 to a G6. Loaded in the correct driver for the raid win2003 from hp support but the system will not boot into win 2003 server, and in safe mode hangs at acpitabl.dat?
Does anybody know how to get arounf this.
I have also made selected to run off 1 core rather than 4 in the processor options and turned the features off?
