Adaptec 3400S and Proliant DL360

I have a proliant dl360 blade server that I want to stick a adaptec 3400S in. Assuming it fits in there physically, will the adaptec raid controller cause any conflicts with the 360's built in raid card?

I haven't seen anybody try this. I you planning on using this with the internal drives? This should work fine for external drives, but you may have problems with this, if you attempt to use the internal drives with the Adaptec.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
