Adding Drives to DL380 G4

I have 2 of the DL380's both running 5x146GB SCSI drives in a raid 5 config + hot swap spare, (6dirive in total).
I need to increase/chanege these all to 300GB drives.
Is there a procedure for doing this without taking all drives out and rebuilding from scratch, ie can I swap one drive at a time??
