Hello Everyone,
Can any one tell me if it is possible to add the spare drive back to my array? It is been configured on raid 5 with five drive on ML 530 with array controller 5300.

Solution
Hi Mark,
Yes it is possible to add the spare disk to back to the array.
1. Right click on the Array click on Spare management and uncheck the drive so that the drive is unallocated/free(remove from Spare).
2. Once the drive is unallocated/free hilight the array and click on expand the array. The array would be expanded.
3. Once the array the expanded then you could extended the logical drive.
