Adding Ultra320 36.4GB 15k SCSI drive to ProLiant ML110 G3

We have a new server in work which came with the a Ultra320 36.4GB drive installed. We purchased a second one but as I've never used SCSI before, I'm not sure how to set the correct ID.

The part number of the new drive is BF03699BC5 and I can't find any documentation on HP's site for it. The pin layout is shown below.

..ID0
..ID1
..ID2
..ID3
..WRITE PROT
..START CMD
..NARROW/WIDE
..DIFFSENS
..N.C
..IDD RESET
..LED
..TERM PWR EN

On boot up the SCSI ID's being use are 0 for the drive in the machine and 7 for the controller.

How do I set the jumpers correctly for the new drive and how many jumpers are you supposed to use?

I don't have information about that drive or the ML110 handy, but I'd say that if you jumper ID0, the disk drive will get SCSI ID: 1.

It is simple binary. Jumper ID1 and you get SCSI ID:2, Jumper ID0 + ID1 and you get SCSI ID:3 and so on.
