Adding drives, creating mirrors of drives containing data losslessly

I am somewhat new to the Proliant servers. We have some DL 380s running Oracle on Red Hat AS 2.1. We have hardware RAID (shows up in Red Hat as the "Smart Array 5i/532"). We currently have two drives in one of the servers and we would like to add two more drives and create a mirror of the existing drives (they are not currently in a RAID set). If possible, we would like to do this without any noticable change to the OS and without having to reinstall everything. Would this be possible?

The existing disks show up as:
/dev/cciss/c0d0
/dev/cciss/c0d1

Can we add two more disks to the machine and create a hardware mirror without losing data? I suppose it is possible that the device names may be different in /dev and I can probably work around that but I want to get away from having to reinitialize the existing drives.

Sorry if this is a FAQ and any pointers to documentation on this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Todd
