Re: Adding second CPU to Proliant ML530
W2K installed on 1CPU machne is default set as ACPI Uniprocessor PC. When you add second processor you should:
- right click on My Computer
- choose Manage
- choose Device Manager
- unfold Computer
- right click on ACPI Uniprocessor PC
- choose Properties
- choose Driver and Update it with W2K standart driver ACPI Multiprocesor PC
- Reboot
and that's all.
