Advice on System Power Fault Detected log message
I'm running several ProLiant DL360p Gen8 servers with Centos 6.6 for scientific high-performance computing. All servers where bought in 2012. Now it happens more often that some servers shut down unexpectedly with fast-flashing Health LED on front panel, indicating a Power-fault.
However both power supplies seem to work after reboot. I've installed hp-ams to be able to read BIOS log data. The most recent message is:
0019 Critical 09:14 07/04/2018 09:14 07/04/2018 0001 LOG: System Power Fault Detected (XR: 10 00 MID: FF 0D FC 06 FF FF 2A 2A 0C 0C 40 3F 04 00 03 01 81 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00)
Q1: Any advice on this error code?
Q2: Where can I get information on the meaning of these error codes?
Q3: Any suggestions on what to do?
Thanks,
KK

Re: Advice on System Power Fault Detected log message
Hello Martinnn, I have the similar issue with my BL660c Gen8. My 3-yr. warranty has expired. Is there a way to purchase a new support contract so I can give to you for deep analysis? If so, exactly what is this contract called? TIA.
