Advisory c00677430 / validity?

On august 31 I received a advisory with description "HARD DRIVE FIRMWARE UPGRADE REQUIRED to Correct Excessive Timeouts and Reduced Performance That May Occur on Certain HP Ultra320 SCSI Hard Drives (c00677430)".
This advisory however is now disappeared from HP www-site. The actual URL was: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&objectID=c00677430 , which now gives only "We're very sorry! The page you requested can not be found...". At the moment same URL can be found by searching for keyword "c00677430". From advisory: "IMPORTANT: This firmware upgrade is considered a critical fix and is required to correct the issue detailed below."

Is that advisory still valid?
