Agents do not recognize ML370G3

Hi there,
After upgrading our ML370G3 (W2k) to Support Pack 6.40A the server is not recognized by its own agents anymore. The System Management Hompage states: System Model: Unknown - System Status: None
A second ML370G3 (W2k) does not have this problem. We used the same files to updgrade the Support Pack.
Any ideas?
