Altiris OS Capture of ML370 G3

I've been successfully captured and deployed many OS images for different types of Proliants (incl. DL380 G3), but I have built my first ML370 G3 and attempted to capture an OS image, but the capture just sits there running very slowly (i.e. 13% over 8 hours). Any help would be much appreciated.

I've had this problem on certain servers as well and what usually fixed the problem for me was to set the NIC speed on the Altiris server to 100/HALF as opposed to AUTO/AUTO or 100/FULL.
