No 5I is different and 5300 is different
But the is no known issues with the battery for the SA5300. May be battery is failed. So suggest you replace them then check

or
Power down the server.
Remove the controller board.
Remove both battery packs.
Wait at least 60 seconds, then re-install the battery packs and controller board.
Power on the server.

This is for a NetWare 5.1 server. Same issues with the 5.1 server as the Microsoft Server?

If possible replace the battery the do any activity on the server.
