This error is most of time a false warning message, telling you that the transfer rate in the hard drives are loosing speed.

Its always better to get the firmware updated for the controller used, especially if you have a storage enclosure connected to it.

Hard drive speeds can be checked through ACU by selecting physical view and then highlight the drive and click more information to see hard drive speed.

Also check the ADU report for SCSI timeout errors.

All these relate to the firmware version on the controller.

Oh one more thing its not the firmware I have on 2.58 on the 6400 controllers. My driver is at 5.60 from 7.1 psp.

2 6400 Controllers connected to a dual bus 4300 shelve. ( this are where the scsi errors are reporting)
PSP 7.1
Latest firmware has been applied.
