I understand upgrade kit 348718-B21 can upgrade a U1 to a UE - does this include changing the number of supported drives from 7 to 12? Anyone seen this kit, have documentation for it or know what's in there?
I have a tower U1 and two many 1" drives so seriously considering the upgrade kit - however can find no documentation on it!
Thanks,
Chris

Re: Anyone done the F1 or U1 to UE upgrade?
I found one of these kits for around $60 delivered, and the contents were exactly as stated in the previous e-mail. The only addition required was a T-15 torx driver.
The kit was great with very clear instructions - was able to easily convert my U1 into a UE. I now have 12 1" drives and Ulra Ultra Wide spec communications to all drives.
Thanks.
