Application Popup 1060

I have Proliant DL380 G5 with Windows Server 2008 (SP2) x64 and latest Support Pack.
But I received in Event Log next message:
Source: Application Popup
ID: 1060
\SystemRoot\SysWOW64\Drivers\ASPI32.Sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.

What's the problem?
