Array Configuration Utility on Windows Server 2008R2 - AppCrash
Hi,
I have the 64bit version of the Array Configuration Utility (hpacuhost.exe, version: 9.20.9.0) installed under Windows Server 2008R2 on a DL360G4p. The Server has the system disks in the internal 6i controller and has an MSA20 attached to a SA6402.
The ACU suffers from random crashes when using it, sometime I can get things done, other time I can't.
Can anyone help with what the problem might be please?
regards
Dave

Re: Array Configuration Utility on Windows Server 2008R2 - AppCrash
We are experiencing he same problem.
HP ACU is running on WIndows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise.
I need to reconfigure MSA but the utility keeps crashing after a few seconds of use. It will et me create an array of disks then crashes when I try to create logical drives. Changes does not save.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!

Re: Array Configuration Utility on Windows Server 2008R2 - AppCrash
Hi Ziba,
May I know the version of ACU installed on the server. Have you tested this with any other versions of ACU.
Also specify the model number of the server and model no of the controller.
Regards,
Maqbul
