Array P400 and Disc problem

Hi
I have the HP Proliant ML 350 G5 Smart Array P400 controller - 4 drives 146 Gb 10RPM RAID 10
One of the drives of the drive has been damaged.
I decided to buy a new drive ... but unfortunately, in support HP said that such drives are no longer available and sent me to the company (Europarts).
I called Europarts I present situations (I took the picture disc) they responded that they have a drive to my server, but the drive is 300GB, and to have been surprised, but it will definitely work.

The disk (old and new) are hot swappable so according to the instructions pulled out one and put the other (on a running server) LEDs (two on the drive) began to blink, the System Management Homepage showed that the matrix to rebuild and percent complete, after about 45 minutes rebuilt matrix . Management Homepage displays the status OK.
Well, here I began to "problem" - the LEDs on the drives show that the metrix is Still in rebuilding state (both light - blinking) - in other drives only one LED flashes.
Inside Diagnostic detects the disk but when i do diagnose  drive system does not detect (does the test).
I add that I do not reboot the server.
Please help solve the problem.

With the issues you are having, I believe the best option is to contact HP Total care at 1-800-334-5144 24-hours a day 7-days a week and let them know what is going on and see if there is a solution or work around.
