Authenticated proxy in gen8 intelligent provisioning?

Hello all,

we have some new gen8 servers and we plan to use firmware update in Intelingen Provisioning. We can setup proxy server, unfortunatelly we use Authentication on proxy. Is there any possibility to setup user name / pasword for proxy in Intelingent Provisioning? I did not find anythig in manual / internet.

Hello Dave,

generally - you are right.

But - this is first time we have some gen8 server with new features and want to use then including firmware update directly from HP.

Now - as it looks not supporting authenticated proxy, this no feature is useless in any enterprise enviroment and we cal do it "old fashion" way as in prievios proliant versions..

please correct me if this feature can work in authenticated proxy enviroment...
