B110i RAID1 read speed

Hi,

I set up ML110 G6 fitted with software RAID controller B110i (according to post http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/ProLiant-Servers-ML-DL-SL/B110i-firmware/m-p/4795938#M112070 ).
I use 2003 x64 OS.
Do B110i controller (Windows driver) can read from both mirrored disks (RAID1) as a part of load balancing?
Is load balancing can be chosen (round-robin, lowest load or biggest priority)?
Is there any better drivers for this soft RAID controller (e.g. for 32 bits Windows)?
