Sunil,
I got three lights. when power is plugged in (without the freakin lcd) the two light on the left blink constantly. when power is plugged in (with the lcd) it powers on and doesn't boot. i've tried different cpus and still same crap. could it be a dead lcd or dirty power supply??

Hello Arthur,
I checked into the problem you are encountering. It appears to be that you have a defective power supply. Since you did mention about the issue after connecting the LCD. Have you verified if all the pins are alright on the cable or the connector.

Sunil,
I looked at the power supply and it appeared that one of the cables were loose. I will keep my eyes open for a failing power supply. Thanks for all your help and hard work.
