No buttons or switches to bios recovery.
first cmos clear and than update bios with usb key.

Check page 89 of this guide:
http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01325420/c01325420.pdf
and try to clear the CMOS. The button labeled "SW6" will do the trick.
This will reset settings however if the RBSU is completely corrupt it will not be recoverable. You will need to contact HP for a replacement system board.
