BIOS Update ProLiant ML330G3

Hi, just some general questions:
I have to maintain a clients ProLiant ML330G3 Server and now want to update the BIOS.
Here's what I discovered with Everest:
Manufacturer.....HP
Product..........ProLiant ML330 G3
Serial No........80********
CPU Type.........Intel Xeon-A, 2400 MHz (18 x 133)
Board Name.......HP ProLiant ML330 G3
Board Chipset....ServerWorks Grand Champion SL
Used RAM.........1024 MB
BIOS Type........Compaq (12/31/99)

I don't know if this version can be updated using the online flash update or if a disk version has to be used. And (2nd question), can I update to the latest BIOS version or do I have to update to intermediate version, if so, which one?
I've searched the manuals and FAQs but couldn't find anything relating to this kind of problem.

If they have OS installed I recommend the online option, it's a matter of just executing the file and rebooting the server.

Thanks chongkan, I will try it when I'm on site next time. I just wasn't sure if this old version supports flash update or if it has to be a newer version for that.
