Hi,
After upgrading 40 servers without any problem, I'm having trouble upgrading the last server. After the upgrade it says it was succesfully, but the only thing upgraded is the redundant rom (now P26 03/10/04) and not the system rom (still P26 03/19/02).
What options are left for upgrading the system rom ? I already did a forced install.
Thanks
Eelco

Solution
Did you reboot the system for the new ROM to take effect, Check to see if POST is reporting the new ROM; If it does not help, switch to the redundant ROM from the RBSU and flash again.
Here is how it works - when you flash the ROM the redundant rom is the one that is updated and when the system is rebooted the current ROM becomes the redundant and vice -versa. So if you flash twice both ROMs are updated.

ThereтАЩs your problem!!! This thing is set to EVIL!

Re: BIOS upgrade DL360 G2
Thanks Vijay,
I swithed to the updated BIOS with RBSU and now it's all ok.
Kind regards,
Eelco
