BL20 G3 SAN connectivity

One of our BL20 G3 blade servers suddely lost it's connection to the SAN (EVA3000) On the Brocade switches I got a no_sync message on on both ports. I switched cables, switch ports, cold booted ... In the end I removed the Mezzanine dual port Adapter and replaced it with the card from a Spare server. Suddelnly everything worked well again. Now the spare server is unable to connect to the SAN. No_sync again.
