BL20G3 cluster gives ntfs errors

I have two BL20G3 blades in MSA1000 dual MSA 2/8 configuration with W2k3 Enterprise clustered. Every now and then, when disk resources are moved between nodes, I get this error in event log:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Ntfs
Event Category: Disk
Event ID: 55
Date: 6.1.2006
Time: 18:06:17
User: N/A
Computer: BL1
Description:
The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume .

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
Data:
0000: 0d 00 04 00 02 00 52 00 ......R.

0020: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........

I know that the disks physically disappear during the failover between nodes, but does MS actually inform about the issue like this?

Re: BL20G3 cluster gives ntfs errors

We have exactly same errors. Only we dont have cluster, but use stand alone DL380 G4.

This is very starnge - the errors were reported in the timespan of 8 minutes (17000 identical error messages were reported). Then the system continued as if nothing happened.

Chkdsk did not report any problems.

R-Studio, however, reported ~1000 of this warnings:
"Unexpected MFT record 2794 at 101795840. If you are scanning RAID and this message will reappear constantly, check RAID for consistence.'

Very very strange.
