BL20p Bootworks Firm.exe error 51 replacing config data

We are successfully using RDP to deploy redhat images onto several BL20p servers. A couple of them refuse to take an image failing with several errors
Just after the press F2 for diagnostics prompt (which seems to take a very long time)there is an error reported writing sector 5

then there is a Error: BOOTWORKS: FIRM>EXE error 51 replacing configuration data file

next we get ERROR: 33: system ( f:\rdeploy.exe -noprompt -md -f.\Images\test\LINUX-~2.IMG -forceoem -nooem )
ERROR: Imaging download failed...
the production partition may be corrupted!

Has anyone seen a similar fault or got a possible solution?

I am experiencing about the same problem. Did you receive any resolution to the problem?
