Hello!
I have a enclosure with 10 blades BL20p G2, the blade in the first bay has the motherboard broken. If I change to the motherboard,
it can that affects the configuration?
is necessary to make any change of software?

Solution
There is no need for any changes
Where are there are two board
5a System I/O board with heatsinks (2), for systems with an I/O cable port1 348271-001
5b System I/O board with heatsinks (2), for systems with a Diagnostic cable port1 305312-001
Check part no on your board and order the same part
