...this cpu is not compatible with 64-bit mode!!!
Any help please?

Was physical server powered off and then powered on after BIOS VT change?
VT changes require cold reboot.

For information, the server's BIOS has not been upgraded (it is already on the latest revision I08 07/16/2007.
In the BIOS, there is no option related to Hyper-V or Virtualization.
