BL20p G3 unable to boot
Hi,
I've just taken delivery of 5 BL20p G3's with fibre channel mezzanine cards. All 5 servers are identical hardware. 2 of them just will not boot - if you watch the ILO console you just see 'server resetting' and nothing else happens. There is also no disk activity on either of these servers.
Any ideas what I can do?

Re: BL20p G3 unable to boot
Try to remove and than replace again processor modules (processor, radiator). I had such situation and this helped.
If this not help you, I suspect main board (my one also went to scrap :)), call to HP support.
regards,
Andrzej

Re: BL20p G3 unable to boot
I've 2 of the blades up and running by removing 2 of the dimms, I'll add them back in after the OS has installed to see if they are OK. One of the other blade servers has a post error about the fan solution not being sufficient (and consequently will not boot) so I'm going to raise this with HP.
Thanks
