BL25 No Keyboard present

Hello,

We had a very strange message on a BL25p.

The message appeared in POST

No keyboard present

I've found several entires to say that this is a ILO firmware error, but I've not been able to track down a complete entry to see exactly what the error is, and what firmware version is needed to resolve this.

We managed to get round this by taking the blade out, leaving it for 5 mins then reseating it and the blade reboot ok. But if its happened once it could again.

So we would like to know what and why, and how to fix it please.

Any help would be very welcome.
