BL250p and ESX

We installed ESX 2.5.6 onto a BL250p. We noticed that it used the middle network cards as the first two network cards. I was just curious why when the documentation shows that the farthest right hand network card is the first one.

you have (rear view)

NIC2 or ILO | NIC 4 |=| NIC 1 | NIC 3(PXE)

NIC1 and NIC 4 for each side of interconnect - sound right what you have right now.

That answered my question. Interesting that the documentation I have shows the NICs in order from (looking from the rear) right to left NIC1 - NIC4. I have kept the .jpg you sent which apparently shows the correct layout.
