BL25p's ASR'ing loss of power chassis power removed
We have exactly the same issue. You said (via forum) that you managed to fix by replacing power supply etc.
I have part numbers for BL25p power supplies etc in attachment. Could have a look and compare with your faulty/bad power supply p/n s/p/n or batch no as follows...
P/N 337881-001 SP/N 371705-001. Number on side of pwr supply is CT 576440BLLTL322. Also number on all components is 4K0665. I can supply other information if necessary.
Thx in Adv
Allen

Re: BL25p's ASR'ing loss of power chassis power removed
update firmware for all enclosures to 2.32
Reseat or swap Management module around
move server to different bay
update system ROM for Server
reseat physically server, try different bay
only one BL25p used? any other server see trough IML chassis power removed ? Memory configuration ?
ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/softpaq/sp33501-34000/sp33631.exe
regarding power modules, you can try 371754-001 and 371705-001 swap from other if available, however info that you provided is not enough, all steps just general

Re: BL25p's ASR'ing loss of power chassis power removed
Each of the blades BL25p's are in one enclosre/shelf of rack. There are 8 blades exhibiting the reboot/chassis/enclosure errors.
As I understand it the enclosure firmware is 2.3. Please note that other blades in same rack are exhibiting same errors but do not ASR. these are BL20's.
iLO logs all show "server reset" post reboot.
Hope this helps
