Swap one component at time with second BL25p if Possibly: NIC or Array Card and Fiber if available.
Verify if both Opteron 2xx Identical
Reduse Memory
find Jumper box and Clear CMOS (Reset NVRAM)

Try different Enclosure
It hard to believe that BUS backplane or Management module can cause to hung right after two CPU detected
