BMC IPMI Watchdog Timer Timeout

Server keep rebooting about every week with this error:

BMC IPMI Watchdog Timer Timeout: Action=System Power Reset.

What is going on and how do I resolve this.
It is a new operating system and basically new server. DL380

which server exactly there are 5 generation for Dl380 server?

which is the operating System?

We are running W2K3 and is being used as a SQL 2000 box.

It is a Gen 5 DL 380

Check the HP system management homepage
https://server:2381 and login.
go to Settings > autorecovery > ASR
disable ASR and the server will stop rebooting.
