BOOT from add-on PCI card - HOWTO?
We have a DL360 with CD-drive onboard;
Most of our installation disks are DVD nowadays.
We have put in two PCI cards in the PCI riser card array.
One is just a simple IDE RAID controller card, and the other is a 3ware Escalade 9500S-4DP.
I have connected a DVD-drive to the IDE controller card, and the BIOS of this card picks it up nicely.
However, I cannot boot a DVD from this drive...
Is there any solution to this situation?
Possibly create some boot floppy that redirects to the DVD drive?
Thanks for your help!

Re: BOOT from add-on PCI card - HOWTO?
I can only disable internal CD.
Automatically booting to IDE harddisk connected to PCI IDE controller works though??
Other suggestions?
Thanks for your fast reaction!!:-)
