BSOD after memory upgrade ML150 G2

Removed old 512MB module and placed two 1GB modules, system starts but BSOD appears while Windows Server 2003 Std. booting. Removed new modules and placed old one, but now the same BSOD appears. Any help please!

You can offline diagnostics with HP Insight Diagnostics Offline Edition cd.

Tested, all passed.

It it somehow associated with dynamic disks. I disconnected mirror and now I can boot and login, but almost all services are stopped (RPC, server, disk mngmt etc.).
