Backup Solution for Disaster recovery

This is a multiple question. Is there a tape backup drive specifically designed for the Proliant CL380? Is the DR (Disaster Recovery) on the AIT 35 & 50 compatible for Windows 2000 Adv Server and cluster based machines? Is there any additional software that needs to be purchased in order to create a complete disaster recovery solution for the Compaq CL380 cluster server (i.e. ArcServe, Veritas, etc)?
