Bad floppy drive

I have been able to locate the spare part number for the floppy drive on this unit, and I realize that it has been out of production for an eternity, but I am looking for a source so that I can replace this floppy drive in order to get an Operating System loaded on it. Any suggestions?

The same basic drive was used on a number of systems (some not even servers), so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding one at a service provider. Spare part number is:

1.44 MB, 3.5" Diskette Drive 112565-001
