Bad sectors on ProLiant ML110 G3
Dear Everyone!
We've got a Proliant ML110 G3 server, and there are a lot of error appears in the event log from the Disk. The events says: The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk0.
I installed many Hard Disk diagnostics program, but because of the RAID 1, I was not able to access the S.M.A.R.T. table.
Last time I installed HP storage manager, and it's found many bad sectors, and the wrong disk.
My question is that, is there any way to replace the faulty device from the RAID 1 with a new HDD?
How do I rebuild the RAID after the replacement?
Thanks for the help
B

Hi!
Thanks for the answer. I didn't find the raid rebuild in the help, but I think the pdf you posted is usable. I will try it soon.
Thanks for your help
