Balancing Processors in DL380G4
I have 1 server DL380G4 server 2 processors with Windows 2003 Server
my server have hyperthreading and my operating system see 4 processor
my task manager present m 2 processor balancing and 2 not balancing(attach image)
is possible balancing the 4 processor if only have 2 physical processors

Just want to check.
Is it always same when we restart the server. Might be possible one process is taking up processor and it is not getting terminated.
