Battery Error in Server HP ProLiant dl380 gen 9
Hello. I have a problem: I have a HP server Prolian DL380 Gen 9. When i start battery diagnostic in UEFI diagnostic software, i get an error: M0E37Q-0009SW-X81X7F-007V03. I tried to replace cache battery according to Part. number, but the error still exist. Anybody knows how to solve the problem? Thank you for your support

Re: Battery Error in Server HP ProLiant dl380 gen 9
Hi,
Is there any cache or battery failure error/warning reported in IML ?
Please check cache and Battery status in ILO console:
Check cache status under the Storage tab on the HP Integrated Lights-Out 4 (iLO 4) GUI. also
Check the battery status in iLO 4->System information->Power->Smart Storage Battery->Status,
If battery status showing as failed then replace the battery. also
Recommaneded to update firmware to latest using latest SPP if current installed firmare are low (Ensure that you update Smart Array controller firmware and BIOS Rom to latest).
Regards,
Sudhir
