Beeping on power up

After shutting down our server, I powered it back on and it beeps eight times and there is no display.
I replaced the motherboard yesterday hoping this would resolve the problem, but it did not.
Please could someone help !

It is a HP Proliant ML150 G2 server.

Have you tried to re-seat the memory Module's? It possibly could be a fault with memory.

I have removed the memory and tried a known working memory stick.
But still no good.
