Bios settings replication

Is there a way (through scripting, Insight Manager, tools etc) to replicate or remotely set the configuration of our DL360/380 servers?

I know it's possible to use the conrep.exe utility, but then is stil a manual job, because you have to use PXE or flop boot.

NOt with insight for configuration ,you can update the BIOS but not configuration.
