Black Blocks\areas in windows 2000

We have a 4 ML360 g3's the problem is only on one of them.The problem server is installed as
a windows 2000 terminal server .

Only when working at the server its self do black blocks and areas cover the menus or even the programmes working area.This problem occurs at a lesser extent when the screen resolution is made lower but occurs non the less.What I would like to know is this just a graphics driver problem or should I be worried about a faulty memory module or something?
