Navaneeda if that turn ILO please Update what firmware you had, also if Problem follow Server when you move it, as error leads to ILO, but it's extremely rare when actual ILO from Server will cause alert LED on the Management Module to go ON. It more suspected signaling Backplane in this case, however please if Possibly Update what step you done and if you tried to disconnect Power completely. As recommended by Roy: Update ILO and Rom for the server, unless Problem not follow it. For me it's power lock some kind or signaling backplane.

Dear Navaneeda,

I am having the same problem on one of my enclosures (mgmt card fault LED is on and two blade slots are failed while the servers are working properly). How your problem been resolved?
