Blade P-Class NIC\GBE2 Configurations

We currently have a P-class blade solution with BL20p g3 servers. Each of the servers has 4 network cards that are divided between the 2 GBE2 switches on both sides of the blade enclosure.

We want to setup redundant\fault tolerant teaming on the servers. What is the configuration for the network teaming and GBE 2 switches.

If we need to connect the GBE2 switches with 4 Uplinks from Side A & Side B to Enterasys X series Switch,What protocols needs to be configured on what ports?
