We have got some blade server decks (Proliant BL35p) when we plug it on the rack, it won't do its job and also its health LED will be on. Any help to solve problem would be appreciated.

Re: Blade server Proliant BL35p (not work)
Hi Saeedsh,
I am assuming they are not powering ON?
Could you tell, how many BL35p are doing this? have you tried them in different slots?
Is this happening after any kind of configuration change/ firmware upgrade? Or are these new blades?
Could you try to insert the blade with minimum configuration, i.e. single CPU and min Memory and check?
