Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000004D (0x00039795, 0x00000000, 0x0000C020, 0x0000000F))
I have a Proliant ML350 G4p running Windows 2000 Server that regularly crashes giving a STOP error of:-
Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000004D (0x00039795, 0x00000000, 0x0000C020, 0x0000000F))
This is quite a mission critical server and so any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. I've done numerous searches on Google but it doesn't give me any definitive answer.
The Server reboots when it encounters this problem and then might not reboot again for 24/48 hours.
The Stop error was retrieved from the onboard monitoring hardware. Every error has the same 0x0000004D code but the codes in the parentheses change.
No errors other than an unexplained reboot error shows in the windows event log.
The Server is only a few months old - do you think it might be hardware? If so it might be a warranty call?
Hope this extra info helps

Trying to call Support on a Windows stop code is going to be a nightmare...
Pretty basic questions here, but:
Has there been any hardware additions or changes to the system lately?
Are you running any non-HP hardware in the server? (PCI cards, USB devices, etc.)
Have you checked for firmware or driver updates from HP? (Please tell me you're using Version Control repository)
Are there any other Windows event messages before the time of the reboot?
Any extensive activity at the exact time of the reboot?
Also more info on the system config would be helpful.
