Blue Screen Trap Bugcheck, STOP: 0x0000004D on Proliant ML570

Hi i really need some help, This server runs on Win2k advanced server, and only last week it ran into these problems, since then it has been auto rebooting countless times whenever it crashes.

What could be the problem?
